Substitution of Items with Equal or Greater Cost
We reserve the right to substitute any item of equal or greater cost when necessary. During warm weather, we do not ship or deliver chocolates. Gift baskets that normally contain chocolates will be substituted with an item of equal or greater cost.
Shipping and Local Delivery plus UPS Transit Time Map
We ship anywhere in the continental USA. Most orders ship within 24 hours. If yours is an exception, we will notify you by phone or email.
We deliver locally within 25 miles of our location in Stockbridge, Georgia. Local delivery charges are $10 up to $25. Orders beyond 25 miles will be shipped unless prior arrangements are made.
We do not ship or deliver to PO Boxes or overseas APO Boxes.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel your order please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate any change. However, once an order has shipped, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee on cancelled orders. Refunds on cancelled orders can only be given upon return of merchandise in its original package.
